about me

I’m Emma—a Neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapist (specialising in complex PTSD) and Nervous System Support Coach who knows exactly what it feels like to be broken by life.

 

By 35, I’d endured multiple layers of trauma, been misdiagnosed with anxiety, incorrectly medicated, and left to navigate debilitating stress symptoms and chronic illness on my own. After a complicated pregnancy, postnatal depression, and discovering both my child and I were neurodivergent, my health collapsed into autoimmune disease, psychosis, and suicidal ideation.

 

It was at rock bottom that I discovered the trauma release modality that changed everything.

All of this didn’t just teach me resilience - it gave me the ability to alchemize pain into power and guide others through deep, lasting transformation.

 

With a degree in psychology, advanced training in complex trauma and somatic release, and lived experience no textbook could ever teach, I don’t just understand what you’re going through - I see you in ways no one else has.

I have a knack for pattern recognition, profound epathic intuition and my senses have been fine tuned to hyperfocus on what peaks my interest (now I know I'm AuDHD this makes perfect sense). These are skills I acquired out of survival but I alchemised and now leverage for our benefit in sessions.
