Service Description

Emma's signature Healing Therapy Session is a favourite for healing individuals but there is always that post-session timeframe where clients can be left feeling a little tender while their bodies try to integrate the healing and any health or personal recommendations from the session. Our environment post therapy is the same one we were in before the session so healing in the hustle and bustle can be a challenge. That's why this package exists! This bundle is designed to ensure that a client has a protocol to follow post session that helps integrate the healing, nourish their new positive beliefs, remember to check-in with their needs and provides a little bit of accountability to ensure the client is taking care of their nervous system in a way that will encourage healing and building stress capacity slowly. Most importantly, client's get conveniently reminded to get out of their minds and heal their body in the most cruicial time for nervous system healing. Is it virtual or in-person? The 14 Day Self-Guided Program is online for less than 10mins a day and fit's into your daily routine when you choose to do it. It's completely flexible to implement within your schedule. The Healing Therapy and Breathwork Session can be either; you get to choose. It can be via a zoom link where you sit/lay somewhere comfy at home in your comfy clothes (PJ’s if you want!) Or, In-person breathwork sessions are pre-arranged at Newhaven location or within your home. Travel fees may be required depending on location (By appointment only).
