Emma's new signature 30min Rapid Reframe Session and 14 Day Stress Rehab Bundle is perfect for healing individuals that need clarity and direction towards the root cause of their issue but are just starting their self discovery journey. This bundle allows for a complete perspective change followed by purpose build action steps to integrate the learnings and apply regulation strategies to align the body and mind. Our home environment post-therapy is the same one we were in before the session so healing in the hustle and bustle can be a challenge. That's why this package exists! This bundle is designed to ensure that a client has a protocol to follow post session that helps integrate the healing, nourish their new positive beliefs, remember to check-in with their needs and provides a little bit of accountability to ensure the client is taking care of their nervous system in a way that will encourage healing and resilience. Most importantly, client's get conveniently reminded to get out of their minds and heal their body in the most cruicial time for nervous system strengthening. Is it virtual or in-person? The 14 Day Self-Guided Program is online for less than 10mins a day and fit's into your daily routine when you choose to do it. It's completely flexible to implement within your schedule. The Session can be either; you get to choose. It can be via a zoom link where you sit/lay somewhere comfy at home in your comfy clothes (PJ’s if you want!) Or, In-person breathwork sessions are pre-arranged at Newhaven location or within your home. Access to the Stress Rehab Program will be made available automatically upon purchase so you can prepare by printing/downloading the resources or practicing some nervous system regulation strategies as required.
