The Complete Healing Package is the A+ service to rewire your brain to work FOR you not against you. After finding and healing the root cause and residual issues that come up in the healing session there is always that post-session timeframe where clients can be left feeling a little tender while their bodies try to integrate the healing. It is an essential part of the healing process to take aligned action to strengthen the new neural pathways we have created but sometimes this can be daunting and overwhelming so I came up with a post treatment program to support my clients after the intense session. This package is designed to ensure that a client has a complete 30 day protocol to follow post session that helps integrate the healing completely whilst also having the opportunity to learn and ask questions along the way should they arise. You will be able to fully nourish their new positive beliefs with a custom personalised treatment & integration process guide complete with therapist check-ins to provides a little bit of accountability & support. This will ensure you are taking care of your nervous system in a way that will encourage healing and building stress capacity slowly. Most importantly, you will get conveniently reminded to get out of your busy monkey mind and embody healing somatically within the body with expert guidance throughout the whole 30 days of guided and on demand support! Is it virtual or in-person? The 14 Day Self-Guided Program is online for less than 10mins a day and fit's into your daily routine when you choose to do it. It's completely flexible to implement within your schedule. The Healing Therapy Session can be either; you get to choose. It can be via a zoom link where you sit/lay somewhere comfy at home in your comfy clothes (PJ’s if you want!) Or, In-person sessions are pre-arranged at Newhaven location or within your home.
