In-Person Healing Therapy Session

Service Description

What does it involve? Firstly, even though no two clients will require the same structure within a session and the same client; Emma makes sure to encompass a holistic method that looks at the body, mind, and energetics of the client - ALL IN ONE SESSION! The body and mind work in mysterious ways when it comes to emotion, memory and survival instincts but if we only address mind (such as with talk therapy) or body separately we are missing key elements of how they link together to form thoughts and behaviour patterns. Emma specializes in subconscious re-programming, inner child healing, eradicating conditioned limiting beliefs and resetting and strengthening the nervous system. Emma utilises breathwork, embodied processing bodywork, guided muscle and fascia release stretching and pressure techniques, guided meditation, psychotherapy frameworks and energetic techniques to assist the client holistically. These techniques all remove emotional blockages and re-train the neural pathways and nervous system capacity for the client's overall healing and wellbeing. You will be guided to use conscious connected breathing through the mouth to help drop into your subconscious, and a space of deep and powerful healing. Guided breathwork can help you to find clarity, reduce stress, improve well-being, move stagnant energy, release limiting beliefs and experience a sense of one-ness. You will leave feeling motivated, empowered and reset! It is an opportunity to drop deeply into the tender heart space and feel a sense of love & gratitude. Is it virtual or in-person? It can be either; you get to choose. It can be via a zoom link where you sit/lay somewhere comfy at home in your comfy clothes (PJ’s if you want!).
